SPR# CSAO5UXC7A - Fixed a 100% CPU spike/hang when attachments in a database were being filtered without conversion filtering. This regression was introduced in 6.0.

Problem:
This issue has been reported to Quality Engineering as SPR CSAO5UXC7A and a fix
is being researched.
To work around the issue enable "Using Conversion filters on supported files"
under the 'Index attached files' option when creating the full text index.
Note: This issue does not occur if the system locale is set to English.
